General Information and Rental Conditions

Driving license
Clients are required to have a valid driver license which have been used for at least 3 years

Age requirement for Rental
Clients are required to be at least 23-year old

Prolongation
For the rentals lasting more than one day, delays less than 2 hours will not be charged. Delays for more than 2 hours will be charged for one day payment.

Payment
Rental payment will be charged when the car is delivered. Foreign clients will be asked for 100 euro as a deposit, Turkish clients’ credit card will be blocked for 500 TL as a deposit.

Guaranteed Bill of Exchange
Clients will not be asked for any kind of Guaranteed Bill of Exchange

Insurance
All the vehicles in our fleet are 2009 – 2008 and 2007 models and have full insurance for rent a car. The charges declined in our web site includes Insurance for head lights, car glass, and tires, and theft insurance.

For valid insurances, official report for accident and alcohol report should be taken by police before leaving from accident place and clients are responsible for bringing these reports to our nearest office in 48 hours, the vehicles must be driven without taking alcohol or drugs, and in the legal speed limits. Otherwise driver will be responsible for all damage. Prices include unlimited kilometer-usage, greasing and maintenance. Prices also include theft insurance. To utilize the theft insurance, clients must have car key. If clients forgets key on the car, clients will be charged for the cost of the stolen car.

Deliver and leaving
When your reservation is confirmed, Tourism Office Turkey will be responsible to provide and deliver the car to the location in time which you define on the reservation form.

Leaving the car in the cities where Tourism Office Turkey has office is free. If Clients inform Tourism Office Turkey formerly, they can leave the car in the hotels, stations, ports…
Others services
For the services listed below, additional payment will be charged.

Baby chair: A baby chair could be provided for 2 EU per a day. Insurance doesn’t include baby chair.

Navigasyon:   A navigation device could be provide for 5 EU per a day. Insurance doesn’t include the navigation device.

KGS/OGS: The vehicles do not have OGS (Highway Passing System). OGS could be provided for 20 EU

One-Way Rental: One-Way Rental is special service which is provided for the clients who would like to receive or leave the rented car in a different city at the beginning or end of the rental. One-Way Rental is charged for additional price.

Driving Abroad: Driving abroad the cars rented from Hill Rent A Car depends on permissions

Traffic Ticket: Clients are responsible for the traffic tickets. Ending the rental period is not disclaimed this responsibility.

When necessary conditions occurs, Tourism Office Turkey keeps its rights to change the terms and prices regarding to rental and the car models presented in the price list, without any kind of declaration.
